The complaints Keepsafe users make, and what Hushfold does about each
- “After a new phone only a few photos came back.” Hushfold restores from your own iCloud with the same Apple ID and your password, keeps the last 5 versions of the vault index, and lets you export the entire vault to one file at any time.
- “It wants my email.” Hushfold has no sign-up. There is nothing to type.
- “Support is just FAQs.” A real person reads Hushfold’s support inbox, usually within two days.
